It is located in a quiet, modern and luxurious residence with swimming pool and palm grove. It is fully air-conditioned and comprises an 11m2 bedroom with fitted closets, a living room with sofa bed, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with double-glazed WC and electric roller shutter. the apartment is Classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home, certified by the tourist office. Welcome to the Regent Côte d'Azur! We are Frédéric and Maïe, your warm and enthusiastic hosts from Villeneuve-Loubet, a charming commune between Nice and Cannes. About Frédéric: A man half-Antibois half-Parisian freediving enthusiast who loves working internationally with people from different cultures About Maïe: a communicative (talkative but not too much) woman who moved a lot, always ready to give you good addresses or help you make your stay easier and more enjoyable. We're the lucky parents of a 4-year-old boy. We are delighted to welcome you in person and advise you on possible activities so that you can enjoy this magical place that is the Côte D'Azur and feel at home away from home. We live 5 minutes from the accommodation and are always available for you if you need us. We have had the pleasure of welcoming many guests in Antibes and are pleased to continue the adventure in Villeneuve-Loubet.
