Marina view apartment with seasonal pool

In de Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ligt het resort Saint Laurent du Var, tussen de zee en de heuvels, halverwege Cannes en Monaco. Dit typisch Provençaalse stadje is het hele jaar door levendig en heeft vele winkels en restaurants. De gedeeltelijk gerenoveerde residentie geniet van een uitstekende ligging in een rustige woonwijk tegenover de jachthaven, op 100 m van het strand en 200 m van de winkels en beschikt tevens over een seizoensgebonden zwembad. De volledig uitgeruste keukens in elke accommodatie zijn voorzien van een vitrokeramische kookplaat, een koffiezetapparaat en een koelkast. Ze beschikken allemaal over een zithoek en een eigen badkamer. U kunt uw bakkerijbezorging 's ochtends laten doen, na reservering de avond van tevoren bij de receptie. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. De appartementen zijn momenteel slecht voorzien van airconditioning vanwege een probleem met de airconditioning.
