We offer an equipped flat ( a living-room and a room ), just 15 minutes walk from the sea, at Cros de Cagnes. To reach the city center, you will also take 15 minutes, and to use public transport (Station, Bus 7 minutes). You have a free parking space in front of the studio entrance. We are 15 minutes from Nice Airport, the largest shopping centers of the Riviera (Polygnoe Riviera and Cap 3000), the racecourse ... The region is very rich. We are equidistant between Monaco and Cannes. You will be quiet, a terrace is reserved for you, and since 2018 we have built a second terrace in front of the pool, access is unlimited within the limits of respect for cohabitation! It is ideal for two people, however it is possible to stay at 4 thanks to the sofa bed. Fully equipped you do not need to bring anything, the price includes: bed sheets, kitchen utensils, towels, internet connection, water and electricity ...
We like to travel, and to receive strangers! Share each other's cultures. We like to talk with our guests. We offer boat trips from Saint Jean Cap Férat to Cannes (Lerins Islands) and also 4x4 excursions in the back country. We like to show you the best tourist spots, restaurants, and events of the French Riviera. We remain available to travelers during their stay, for any questions
The bus is 10 minutes walk, after the blue bridge. They will drive to Nice or to Cannes. The nearest railway station is Cros de Cagnes, it is 10 minutes walk also. (2 minutes by car) The airport is 15 minutes by car. (Times on flyers)
