The property is on the edge of a quiet village and offers fabulous views over the Limousin countryside. The area is ideal for ramblers, cyclists and fishing, with several routes starting from the village. There is a train station 5 minutes walk from the property, offering day trips to explore this beautiful area. A trip to the historic city of Limoges is highly recommended , offering lots of great bars and quaint restaurants. The cathedral which is quite stunning and well worth a visit. The Christmas market is amazing too, with lots to see and buy. The local town of Bessines sur Gartempe is just 8 minutes away by car, which offers great amenities and a fabulous artisan Boulangerie. There is also 2 supermarkets and a market on friday to purchase all your needs. Lac de saint Pardoux is only a 20 drive away with spectacular views of the lake and surrounding area, with lots of water activities and events in the summer season.
We have been hosting for 10yrs welcoming guests from around the world and making some life long friends.
Situated in the picturesque village of Bersac sur Rivalier, Sequoia cottage is in the grounds of our maison de metier, a great location for exploring this beautiful region of France.
