Company information

Geoff & Chachung are recently retired teachers. They moved to Panama in 2018 after spending most of their lives in beloved Baltimore. They moved to France June 2022 to create an eco-retreat: Moulin Sage. Pat is Filipina American and understands tagalog. Geoff is pretty good at French, though he will not admit it. Property information

Our 1 bedroom apartment has 2 double beds and a small sofa bed that opened into a small double bed. There is a TV with DVD player, many DVD movies, and YOUTUBE, Netflix, and other online channels. You can divide the bedroom in half with a large curtain. There is a bathroom w/tub & sink & separate toilet room w/sink. Kitchen equipped w/cookware, plates, silverware, kettle, coffee maker, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Don't miss the garden! Walk around the large Moulin (your apartment is in), go down the green path,& discover an oasis of peace right next to the river with table, chairs, and hammocks!

Neighbourhood information

We are a 2 minute walk from the Brasserie de Treignac, we are 10-15 minute walk to the village of Treignac with restaurants, bars, and shops. We are 3 km from the beach at lake Bariousses. There, you will find a floating kids park and a very good restaurant. Free parking is available. Please be sure to set your parking brake. It is best to have a car to explore the Corrèze. It is possible to travel by bus, train, and bla bla car. There is no Train station in Treignac. But we may be able to pick you up in Uzerche Train Stay for 10 euro. We have a small car that fits 3 people plus the driver and 2-3 carry-on bags in the hatchback.
