Property information

This apartment overlooks the La Chapelle d?Abondance ski area. Just outside the village is the first lift of the "Portes du Soleil," one of the largest ski areas in Europe. Snow chains and winter tires are required from November 1st to March 31st. The apartment (max. 6 people) is located on the 3rd and 4th floors and features a hallway, separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, living room with open-plan kitchen (with refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher) and open-plan dining area, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a sleeping loft with a single bed. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which features a large south-facing balcony with a dining table and chairs. A hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. A garage (temporarily unavailable) with a table tennis table is located underneath the building. Charging electric cars in the garage is prohibited. The building has an elevator and a lockable ski locker for each apartment. There's also ample parking behind the building. In summer, you can enjoy hikes in the surrounding mountains; many ski lifts are open in the summer as well. There are also plenty of mountain biking opportunities, and a beautiful via ferrata trail is located next to the village.
