Charming, fully renovated and perfectly equipped studio, ideally located opposite the Aiguille du Midi, one of the most iconic sites in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. This modern, bright and carefully decorated 30 m² accommodation offers a cosy atmosphere and optimised space for your comfort. From the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and the Aiguille du Midi, perfect for admiring the sunrise or enjoying a coffee after a day of skiing or hiking. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, crockery, etc.), a cosy dining area, a lounge area, a modern bathroom and plenty of storage space. Everything has been designed to make your stay enjoyable, whether you are coming for a few days or several weeks. The location is exceptional: Opposite the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the starting point for climbs, the cable car and the unforgettable ‘Pas dans le Vide’ (Step into the Void); A stone's throw from Chamonix town centre and all shops Bus stop serving the entire valley, including Les Houches, Argentière, Le Tour and Vallorcine, 100 metres away 3 minutes from the bus station (connections to Geneva, Annecy, Courmayeur, etc.); and 10 minutes from the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc SNCF train station. Free shuttles stop at the foot of the building, allowing you to easily travel to the various ski areas and tourist sites in the valley. In winter, you will be right next to the ski slopes and ski lifts, while in summer you can set off directly on hikes, go climbing or mountain biking, or simply stroll through the lively streets of Chamonix. It has a cocooning atmosphere and a balcony with a splendid view! You have 30m2, optimized and very functional. 100m from a bus stop serving all of Chamonix and Les Houches. At the foot of various shops, the town centre and ski slopes.
