Large independent studio with exceptional views of the sea and monuments (Royal Castle, Bell Tower of Collioure) Equipped with a beautiful private terrace, enjoy maximum sunshine and beautiful sunsets facing the bay of Collioure. 3 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the old center (Wednesday & Sunday morning market, shops and craftsmen), the car is not necessary if you want to stay in the village. The studio is equipped with a reversible air conditioning Daikin, a convertible 3 seater sofa, a mattress Simmons 18cm, free WIFI and a dining area with table and chairs. Separate shower room with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. New kitchen fully equipped. Access to the studio is through a private entrance via digital code. We will be delighted to welcome you and make you discover one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nb : Bed linen and towels are available on your arrival.
