We are delighted to welcome you to our fully renovated studio, rated 3* as a tourist rental. Modern and comfortable, it will charm you with its ideal location, just 100 meters from the Thiers Pier. You can enjoy the sand and the sea as soon as you step outside, while staying close to the town center with its shops and restaurants. Located on the ground floor of a quiet small residence, the studio includes: Living area: pull-out bed, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe with hanging space, table and 4 chairs Equipped kitchen: microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine Bathroom with WC Terrace: table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors The beds have 140x190 cm mattresses, and the studio is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. Private parking space is available in the residence (steep ramp). Please note: Pets are not allowed.

Perfect location: The residence is right on the beach – even if you don’t have a view of the basin, you can reach it simply by crossing the street. The town center is very close, with its daily morning market and shops open every day (except Sundays off-season). No car needed: The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, there are plenty of bike rental options nearby, and regular buses take you directly to the Dune du Pilat, a must-see natural landmark during your stay. Not to be missed: The Parc Mauresque is a 10-minute walk away, and the Ville d’Hiver is a true gem to explore. The little tourist train allows you to visit with a guide passionate about Arcachon’s history. The Arcachon port is a 20-minute walk, perfect for strolling and enjoying the local restaurants.
