With a surface area of 18 m², it is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift and features a south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the ski area. The property sleeps up to 4 guests with a double sofa bed in the living room and two single bunk beds in a separate entrance area (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6). The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker. There is a shower room with WC. A flat-screen TV is provided for your entertainment.
