This 25 m² studio with a recently renovated living area is located on the 1st floor of the residence (level -2 from the main entrance, no elevator), 500 meters from the ski slopes and just 50 meters from shops. A free shuttle stop is only 20 meters away. The south-facing balcony offers an open view of the ski area. The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests (ideal for 4), with a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room, two single bunk beds in the enclosed entrance (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), and a 140 cm double bed in the cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate.
