Located in Le Pradet, the studio "Near the Beaches" offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with beaches just a 10-minute walk away. This 23 m² accommodation features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge-freezer), and a bathroom. It is ideally suited for a couple with two children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video streaming, a large 1.30 m TV, air conditioning and heating throughout the property (except on the enclosed terrace where the bunk beds are), as well as fans. The residence also offers a laundry room. A baby cot is available on request. Public transport ("Réseau de bus Mistral") is within walking distance. A parking space is guaranteed on the property.
