Please note that late check-in is possible upon request. Guests will be required to pick up the keys from a secure box outside the agency. The secure code will be send by e-mail before arrival.

As a real estate agency, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
For all late arrivals (after 7pm) or on weekends or public holidays, the customer must pay their reservation in full in advance as well as the deposit. The keys will be in a security box with code. After reception of full payment, the customer will receive the box code as well as all the information to access the apartment.
Kindly note that the sum of €30 will automatically be billed to you on the contract for administrative costs
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Le Vieux Port Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of € 500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
