Property information

This luxury studio of 35m2 located on the first floor of a typical arlesian building was recently fully renovated and equipped. It includes a full kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfy double bed. The apartment is also fully equipped for your comfort as it features: - Linen (sheets, duvets, comforters, pillow cases ...) - Towels (towels and bathrobes) - Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. - Crockery, cutlery and kitchen accessories (toaster, electric kettle ...) and cleaning products. - Heating, ventilation and air conditioning - Fast and free wireless internet access throughout the apartment. - A 4K 55 inches TV screen with Netflix, Youtube... - A Nespresso coffee machine with free pods. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is close to the Town Hall Square , the Church of St. Trophime , the Espace Van Gogh, the Amphitheatre, the Roman Theatre , the Baths of Constantine and many other sites of interest located in the historic center of Arles. This is a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby but the apartment remains very isolated and quiet. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).
