In a quiet and secure residence, you will enjoy the proximity to the beaches (both public and private), with walking access to the village, the port, and Bouillabaisse Beach. This beautiful apartment, with its garden and on-site parking, is located just an 8-minute walk from the village, right across from the beach. The garden features a pergola equipped with a large sofa, table, and outdoor refrigerator. The apartment has been renovated in a contemporary style. It offers a spacious layout with a large living room and open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a lovely terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
