Superbe appartement de 71m2 situé en centre ville, il est équipé d un parking privatif avec portail électrique. Il est doté d'une vue sur le port depuis le 3ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble en pierre. Une terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou même l'apéro avant de profiter de la ville piétonne. Ce logement dispose de 2 chambres dont 1 avec grand lit et l'autre avec 2 lits qui peuvent être rapprochés si besoin. La cuisine est toute équipée.
