## The space Renovated T2 flat, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard Perfect for business trips, family holidays or holidays with friends close to the sea. - Terrace enclosed by bay windows and shaded by adjustable blinds ( dining area and relaxation area with chilienne and sand-coloured carpet). - Cosy lounge decorated in a beach theme, with air conditioning ❄ - 2-seater sofa bed ( perfect for relaxing in the evening while watching a good film) - Fully-equipped kitchen ( ideal for concocting tasty meals) with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses, cooking and storage utensils, and a few more little surprises - Corridor with storage units and cupboards, coat hooks and wall decoration - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage drawers and hairdryer - Bedroom with double bed and storage unit - Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, cleaning kit, etc. The flat is located on the 1st floor of the residence without lift. ## Guest access Access to the entire residence, the residence swimming pool open from late June to early September, free parking in the residence, wooded area in front of the residence stairs. Wristbands for access to the swimming pool will be provided in the accommodation. ## Guest interaction CBC Home Concierge Service is available to answer any questions you may have. ## Other things to note Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.). This is included in the price of cleaning The residence swimming pool is open. Men must wear swimming trunks to use the residence swimming pool. Opening hours are 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm.
