We are.. Richard and Lynn your English hosts and we bought the property at the end of 2013 and spent time planning and carrying out the renovations, first opening our doors in May 2015. We love the place and thank goodness our guests love it too. One of the best things for our B&B is being so easy to find and on the main route down to Spain, we have everything on our doorstep for guests.

Perfectly located for exploring/fantastic for relaxation. The farmhouse is over 200 yrs old, we've kept the character but made high end renovations, onsite there is a HOT TUB an in ground swimming pool & a massage therapist, 40 mins from Limoges airport, and half way between the cities of Limoges and Perigueux. Onsite we keep the alpacas and guests are invited to join me for feeding (and mucking out if you like), Alpacas are gentle inquisitive and guaranteed stress busters. You come on to the property into a courtyard where there is ample private and secure parking. We are so easy to find, we're on the N21 but set a short drive back from the main road. There is a main farmhouse which has the B&B rooms, a separate Gite and another barn for hay etc. The swimming pool is well laid out with a ladder one end but wide easy entry steps in at the main end, with a wall for wind-proofing and hardwood loungers with cushions for enjoying the weather. A gate from the terrace takes you through to the field and the hot tub where its perfect to sit and watch at least one of the stunning sunsets or stay up & be amazed at the sheer number of stars visable without light pollution.

In the heart of the Perigord Limousin Naturel Park we have the pleasure of not being elbow to elbow crowded with the bonus of lots on our doorstep, within a short drive are Chateaux, Caves, Lakes, City shopping, Museums, Beautiful Villages, Horse Riding, Donkeys, Bison Farm, Velo Rail, Fishing, Canoeing, Cycling, Foie Gras, Truffles, Wine, Wildlife, Bird Reserve, Panning for Gold, Markets.... there really is a lot to explore & we're perfectly located so easy to find and a GREAT place to come back to at the end of the day and relax, home from home but childfree
