Discover "TY GWENED" an apartment located in the historic center of Vannes, but still quiet, on the 1st floor of a secure building. adjoining the Château Gaillard, a stone’s throw from the cathedral, the ramparts and its famous gardens. No need to take the car, all done on foot! Composed of a living room with sofa bed (reserved for children), a kitchen equipped and fitted, a bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining shower room, it will be the ideal asset of your stay. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. ========================== INFORMATION ON HOUSEHOLD LINEN Linen in the accommodation is provided ONLY FOR DOUBLE BED. It includes: - 2 pillowcases - duvet cover - flat sheet - 2 pillows - duvet - 1 towel per person - 1 rag - 1 bath mat Regarding the sofa bed, linen and towels are optional, whatever the number of travelers ================================== CONCERNING KEYS: Keys are to be picked up at 24 rue hoche 500m from the accommodation (6 min walk) The keys will be returned =================================== HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS - Make the dwelling in a suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied when you leave; - Not have damaged, broken, stolen or lost anything; - Take out the garbage when you leave (see location in the welcome booklet on site); - No sleeping in a bed without full bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets); - Put the linen at the foot of the bed when leaving; - Maximum departure at 11am, unless otherwise stated. - Close windows on departure;

- Do not damage, break or steal anything;

- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will result in 50€ being deducted from the security deposit.

- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;

- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

-We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will result in the collection of the entire deposit.

Please note that guests must validate the deposit before 19:00 on the day of arrival to obtain access to the property. After 7 PM. the property's staff will no longer be able to provide access to the accommodation if the security deposit has not been validated upfront.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
