This charming 3-star house, with sea views from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, is located 400 metres from the beach in Carantec. It measures 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully renovated fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m². Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofas, decorative fireplace and dining area. - A separate TV lounge. - A fully renovated fitted kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and chest of drawers. - Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190) convertible into 2 single beds and a single bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 3: A single bed. - Bedroom 4: double sofa-bed - Ground floor bathroom with bath. - Separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ironing board and iron, cot, shopping trolley. Other remarks : - Wifi included. - Sheets and towels included (double bed package: 25e single bed package: 20e) - The basement is not accessible - A stroller is available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The fireplace is not operational. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
