Menus are presented upon arrival. Apartment Rules & Information 1. Please provide your exact arrival time in advance. 2. Remove shoes at the entrance; walking with shoes is forbidden. 3. Kitchen access is not allowed. 4. Do not step onto the small terrace or rooftops. 5. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside. 6. Washing machine may not be used without prior authorization. 7. Lost keys incur a 100 euros cash fee. 8. Only registered guests are admitted. 9. Sleeping on the living room sofa is not allowed. 10. Loud music and parties are forbidden; respect quiet hours 10 pm–8 am. 11. Always close windows/doors and switch off lights/taps before leaving. 12. No photo or video shootings. 13. Animals are not allowed. 14. Candles are decorative only, not to be lit. 15. Check-out at 10 am sharp. 16. On check-out, open both entrance doors before leaving the keys on the table, otherwise you may risk being locked in.
