The apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Athena, it is bright, airy and opens onto a large private terrace giving access to the swimming pool complex which is for the private use of this unit. The apartment consists of a fitted and well-equipped kitchen; a spacious and comfortable living room with dining area for 6 people and living room with flat screen TV + Internet, three double bedrooms: 160+ bed, and two with 90cm beds; a walk-in shower room; two toilets. The terrace and the swimming pool are equipped for outdoor dining. Access to the swimming pool complex is secure. Reserved parking space on the property with access via an electric gate The town centre is a ten minute walk from the property where you will find the beach, the port and the shops: bars, restaurants and shops.
