Breathe: the breathtaking sea view is all yours! Feel: the well-being brought by the wood of the house, the omnipresent nature, you will feel an immediate well-being... A rare wooden villa of 150 m² built on stilts with 120 m² of terraces: large terraces suspended between the sea and nature, bay windows that allow you to enjoy the omnipresent 180° sea view everywhere. Maquis and exceptional view: house in nature on a sloping plot of land facing the sea not overlooked (Sea views to East + South). Ecological construction: low carbon, triple thermal insulation, roof overhang to shade the house and terraces, no artificialization of the soil, preservation of nature. 5-star rating obtained for the entire upper part (living rooms and master bedroom). The other two bedrooms in R-1 with the shower room do not appear in the classification because they are only accessible by an external staircase. However, they have exactly the same services and treatment as the upper floor.
I rent my house for a few weeks every year when I'm not there, it's a pleasure to share my haven of well-being. I like my tenants to feel good there and enjoy this piece of nature perched on the sea. When I'm not there, it's my mom who will welcome you. See you soon I hope.
Sea at 350 meters as the crow flies with privileged access to rocks and small pebble beaches with alternating sandbanks which offers a small paradise far from the crowds (see the photo on the site), The house is surrounded by beautiful beaches: Anse de Cannella at 900 meters, small isolated cove at 800 meters, Favona at 2.5 km. Hills of maquis all around, houses and villas built on large land.
