🏝️ Lovely villa in the heights of Saint-Raphaël, 2km from the town center. It has 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, two kitchens and 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool is open from June to September. An independent floor is available on the ground floor with bathroom, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms: ideal for sharing the house! You'll enjoy 3 terraces, one facing north and the other two south, so you can soak up the sun, or the shade, all day long!
Located close to the center of Saint-Raphaël, you'll have easy access to a wide variety of landscapes. All roads lead to the sea, and the Mediterranean returns the favor! 
The coastline of the Bay of Saint-Raphaël is punctuated by sandy beaches and wild coves. These heavenly settings can be discovered along the coastal path, which allows you to take long strolls along the coves facing the sea... You'll enjoy a peaceful seaside resort with its essential water sports activities, as well as walks in the magnificent landscapes and hikes in the Estérel massif.
