Perfect for families and groups of friends, Villa Casa Koko accommodates up to 10 people with its 4 bedrooms. Located in the city, it offers an ideal location to enjoy Vieux-Boucau: shops and pedestrian streets within walking distance, beach at 1200m and marine lake at 1 km, easily reached by bike. The house has a heated pool and secured by barriers, a wooden terrace and relaxation areas. Leisure for all: pétanque field, ping-pong, bicycles, 4 televisions.. House of 93m2 with 4 bedrooms, kitchen-living room of 35m2, you will enjoy this bright room and its stove for friendly evenings by the fire (pellets included). On the ground floor, a master suite with shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double and a dorm of 4 bunk beds), a bathroom and 1 separate toilet on each floor. Functional, comfortable and clean decoration, small animals tolerated with the agreement of the owner. LEISURES: swimming pool of 6.60x3.30m, heated from April to mid-October, a ping pong table, a petanque field, a fishing rod, PlayStation 3, molky, beach games, darts, children’s books, board games, bluetooth speaker, DVD karaoke ...4 TV in the house including 3 double rooms equipped, Wifi 4G, 4 sunbathing, large sandbox, gas plancha, 2 bikes VTC + child seat-helmet, heated pool from April 8 to mid-October. INFORMATIONS STAY/OPTIONS: cleaning included, bed linen and towels optional, to be booked at the concierge, deposit by bank fingerprint is required, not cashed.
