Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 120 m² house with swimming pool in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Main house : - 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, plus a single bed - 2 bathrooms Outbuilding in the garden: with 1 bunk bed (2 beds, WC, washbasin and shower) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A private heated swimming pool, 9 m X 4.50 m, open from May 1 to September 15. - 350 m² enclosed, private garden - A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use. - Swimming pool: All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to weather conditions. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 space). As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station and airport: La Rochelle - Free electric shuttle from April to the end of September, linking Saint Martin de Ré, La Flotte Sainte Marie de Ré and Bois Plage. - Paying bus from La Rochelle serving the whole island
