La villa Crousadou est une magnifique propriété idéalement localisée en pleine nature et au calme, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre du village de Saint Rémy de Provence. Elle offre une capacité de 10 personnes et est équipée de la climatisation pour vous offrir un maximum de confort. La propriété est sécurisée et dispose d'une grande piscine creusée de 10 x 4 m avec un volet roulant motorisé pour assurer la sécurité de tous. La maison est spacieuse et offre une surface habitable d'environ 160 m² sur deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un grand salon lumineux et confortable, une cuisine entièrement équipée donnant sur la terrasse, ainsi que trois chambres avec des lits de taille 160, 140 et 160 cm, offrant un grand confort et une literie de qualité. Une salle de bain double vasques avec baignoire balnéo et douche italienne ainsi que des toilettes indépendants sont également à votre disposition. Une buanderie avec lave-linge est également à votre disposition. À l'étage, deux chambres ensoleillées et cosy, équipées de lits de taille 160 cm, partagent une salle de bain/WC pour plus de commodité.
