Magnificent contemporary villa located between the Davia Marina and the village of Corbara. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, Villa Davia is ideally placed to discover the Balagne, its beaches and picturesque villages. The outdoor terrace, with a clear view, its garden and heated swimming pool will allow you to enjoy the calm and softness of the Corsican climate. The village of Corbara and the Davia Marina beach are a 5-minute drive away. The villa has a surface of 100 m2 and its characteristics are: - a master suite with a bed of 160x200cm and bathroom with shower and toilet, - a bedroom with a bed of 160x200cm, - a room with 2 beds in 90x190cm, - a large main room with: lounge area, fully equipped kitchen/dining area: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, - a separate toilet, - sheets and towels provided, - Very high-speed Internet. The exterior consists of a large terrace with garden furniture, dining area and barbecue. There is also a heated pool open from April to October. Private parking.
