The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shower room with WC - A separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Activities : Bellangenet and Kérou beaches 350m from the house Tennis, Skate Park facing the sea, Cycling Surfing and sailing (schools on site) Sports activities every morning in July and August Shows and night market every Sunday evening, Market on Wednesdays These activities are close to : Lorient, Concarneau, Quimper Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. The public beach car park is also 100 metres away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Quimperlé station 18 minutes away.
