Villa with pool sea view, fully air conditioned, one kilometer from the beach of Sisco. The villa has several outdoor areas, sea and mountain views. Ideally located to discover one of the last totally wild place on the island: Cap Corse. You will find all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant stay with friends or family. 5 minutes from the beach and shops nearby, calm and tranquility assured. The villa is 220 m2 on 2 levels. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher… A large living/ dining room overlooking a terrace, sea view. A master suite with 2 beds 90x190cm, and a bathroom with a shower. One with a bed 140x190 cm. A bathroom with bath and toilet. An independent toilet. Lower level: 2 bedrooms with beds 140x190cm. A bathroom equipped with a shower + WC. Exterior: Swimming pool 8m x 4m with a cover system, sea view, with terrace equipped with a dining table, deckchairs and garden furniture. High speed internet (fiber optic) Cleaning and linen included in the rental, intermediate cleaning if several weeks booked with change of linen. Possibility of 1 chef at home and boat rental, private yoga classes. Sheets and towels provided. Deposit: 2000 euros to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.
