Located in Balazuc, southern Ardèche, this 75 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a laundry room. A baby cot and high chair are available for young children. Enjoy your private heated pool, a terrace with a covered plancha grill, and a pétanque court, all in a peaceful setting overlooking the vineyards. The heated pool is open from April 5th to October 30th, with heating provided from May 10th to September 27th. The river is a 10-minute walk away for more swimming options. On-site parking is available. Events are not permitted. The villa is in the heart of Balazuc, listed among the most beautiful villages in France. You can stroll its cobbled streets and discover artisan shops, bars, and restaurants on foot. The local market takes place on Mondays at 6 pm in July and August.
