Pleasant villa of 145 m2 built on a fenced garden of 2500 m2, backed by the forest landaise in a quiet and relaxing. Located 6 minutes from the beaches and 800m from Lac Soustons. Shops and bike path nearby. It enjoys all the desired comfort. Living room and air-conditioned rooms, wifi, tv, covered terrace, heated heated pool, jacuzzi 5 places, barbecue, open kitchen.
