In a small quiet residence with swimming pool, this charming renovated mazet with terrace and individual garden offers you a comfortable stay, in the shade of the pines. The 50 m2 Provençal style mazet "Rêves de plage" renovated in a modern and cozy atmosphere consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 double bed and the other with 2 single beds of 90, each with a large closet , and a French window opening onto the garden. Pretty Italian shower room. Separate toilet. Kitchen area with central island, living room with dining table, TV, 160 convertible sofa. The bay window opens onto the covered terrace with dining table and garden with deckchairs. Welcome product. Free parking. You will be 1.4 km from the famous port of St Tropez and 500 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Bouillabaisse. Safety Car park. Air conditioner. Beds made on arrival.

500m from the residence on the left: Gustaveur: bakery, pastry, sandwich shop 500m from the residence on the right in the direction of Saint Tropez you will find Pappy Burger and its home deliveries, next to Kyoto Sushi Thai with Kaja poke juice, opposite is the restaurant La Bouillabaisse with its Private Beach and the beautiful Public Beach You can go to the Bouillabaisse beach which is 500 meters away on foot or by bike. The cycle path is 100 meters on the main road and goes to the village of St Tropez, Port Grimaud and Ste Maxime. It is very easy to go by car to the beaches of Pampelonne (10 minutes) which have paid parking lots.
