Completely renovated in 2020, this 100m2 family home located in a quiet residential area is now ready to welcome you. A Located 5 min walk from the shops in the town centre, 8min from the beach and 15 min from the port of Solidor, you will also be able to enjoy its large secluded south facing terrace. This house is equipped with wifi and has three bedrooms with large comfortable beds. There is only one bathroom and 2 separate toilets. In the bright living room you will find games, books and a television in case of rain. The very functional kitchen, also open to the garden, is fully equipped: induction cooker, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher. Finally, you can use the laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a second fridge for the greediest. INCLUDED in the rental price: the tourist tax of the city of Saint Malo, household linen, cleaning and concierge service.
We are very attached to this house which has been in the family for three generations. It is very well situated, just a few minutes from the main street of Saint Servan which is very commercial. Welcomed by Carole, you will have a maximum of information: whether it is the markets, the shops, the restaurants but also the activities (sails (...), pony....) or the marvellous sites of the Emerald Coast to discover! On foot you can visit the port of Solidor, its 14th century tower, the city of Aleth and also the corsair city of Saint Malo with its ramparts and its marina. Do not hesitate to send us your requests and we will try to accommodate you. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Vous logerez dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme: un secteur très préservé, avec beaucoup de grandes demeures et de jardins clos de murs en pierres. A la fois vous serez proche des commerces du centre de St Servan, à deux pas également du quartier Solidor et de la cité d'Aleth (vue saisissante par le chemin piétonnier). La plage la plus proche des fours à chaux se situe à 500 mètres, de même que l’accès au sentier côtier qui permet de découvrir l’embouchure de la Rance et la vue sur Dinard. L’accès agréable à Intramuros. (centre historique de St Malo) peut se faire à pied (25 mins) ou en voiture. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue longeant la maison
