Apartment in the center of Calvi, with terrace, 200m from the beach. The apartment is located in a family house of the 19th century, completely renovated, in the spirit of its history, combining modernity and authenticity, in the heart of the city of Calvi. Close to the citadel and only a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian and shopping streets (where restaurants and sea excursions await you), which reach by the marina the first beach of the city. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bike and motorcycle rental, as well as essential shops such as a bakery, vending machine, tobacco press and souvenirs, bars, etc. The apartment is located in a house, and its features are: - a main room with a sitting area with TV and sofa - a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine… - 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine, open to the living room, with beds 140x190cm - 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet - Furnished terrace - sheets and towels provided Deposit: 1000 euros to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.
