Villa Tsavorite is a very pleasant house to live in and it can comfortably host up to eight wonderful guests. It is located in a wooded and calm environment, just 20 walking minutes away from "la Croisette" and the "Palais des Festivals". You may enjoy a mediterranean garden of 1.200m2 and a swimming-pool equipped with salt-treatment. The pool can be heated upon request. But of course there will be no need for this during the months of July and August. The house itself is 210m² and features 4 spacious bedrooms for 2 persons. One of the bedrooms is located on the garden level and has an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, one of the three bedrooms benefits from a balcony with a view over the swimming-pool and garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning. You may enjoy as well four distinct convivial spaces : a vast dining room, a lounge-library, a sun living-room and a vast living room upstairs with a huge table to work on or play games. The house has one kitchen, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you can use the barbecue, play the ping-pong or just enjoy the sun and have a swim !

We are a couple of active young elders. Sylvia is a teacher & I am a retailer. Together, we account for four children, all standing on their own feet. When Villa ‘Tsav’ hosts, we exile 30 minutes away from Cannes, in the bucolic town of Mouans-Sartoux. For having lived in Villa Tsavorite for more than 30 years, we can witness firsthand that it feels good to live there, whatever the season of the year. We are new on Booking, but the house has hosted worldwide guests for more than 11 years already and we are very proud of their support across the years. Villa Tsavorite is situated on a private alley, in a woody and quiet parc, located in the south part of Cannes Californie neighborhood. Downtown Cannes with all the shops and restaurants is accessible on foot, walking less than 15 minutes. First grocery shop/bakery/drugstore are reachable walking less than 10 minutes. The "Palais des festivals" (congress hall) is 1.6km and 20 walking minutes away from the house. As for beaches, the closest ones are located along "la Croisette" and you can arrive there by walking 1.4km / 20 minutes. The house faces "Chapelle Bellini", registered on Cannes historic heritage. It was once owned by the painter Bellini and has been transformed ever since in a small gallery of art.
