A real cozy nest in the city, 3 minutes walk from the metro. The loft is fully equipped for cooking, enjoying a coffee (nespresso or moka) on the terrasse with chirping birds tje highlight of the loft is the shower and a vintage-standing bathtub - depending on the time, wake up to the rustling of bamboo leaves. Well heated with oil in winter, and protected from the heat in summer. Books and photos on the wall, everything is there to make you feel home and inspired.
I have been a great host for over 10 years, I like to receive guests as I receive my friends. I am available and reachable and I am always happy to be able to help you.
The loft is at the crossroads of 3 districts, 12 minutes from the Gare du Nord or the Gare de l'Est, at the foot of the Stalingrad and Louis Blanc metro stations, 10 minutes from the Canal St Martin and the Canal Ourcq where it is pleasant to take a walk, have dinner or go for a drink.
