Access to the fitness room is free from 7am to 10pm using the room card.

The swimming pool is accessible from 10am to 10pm using the room card.

Access to the Sauna & Hammam area from 10am to 10pm is reserved for over-15s and can be booked for 1 hour at reception on arrival or by calling on the morning of your arrival.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult to access the various areas.

If you would like extra towels, we will provide them free of charge at reception. Bathrobe and slipper hire is €7.00 per person for the entire stay.

Minors must provide a housing authorization from their legal guardian as well as that person's identification.

The use of a sofa due to the occupancy of the room by 2 adults will incur an additional charge of €25.00 per night.

If you would like two separate beds, please select the “Economy Twin Room.” However, if you would like another room with separate beds, please specify this when making your reservation. A supplement of EUR 25 per night will be charged

The restaurant "Ailleurs" will be closed every lunchtime from December 22 to January 4 as well as the evening of December 24. Breakfast will not be served on January 1st but will be replaced by brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at a cost of €35.00.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
