Situated in the picturesque village of Bersac sur Rivalier, Wisteria cottage is in the grounds of our maison de metier.
We have been hosting for 10yrs welcoming guests from around the world and making some life long friends.
The property is on the edge of a quiet village and offers fabulous views over the Limousin countryside. The area is ideal for ramblers, cyclists and fishing, with several routes starting from the village. There is a train station 5 minutes walk from the Gite, offering day trips to explore this beautiful area. A train trip to the historic city of Limoges is highly recommended, offering lots of great bars and quaint restaurants. The cathedral is well worth a visit it is quite stunning. The Christmas market is amazing too. The local town of Bessines sur Gartempe is just 8 minutes drive away, which offers great amenities with a fabulous Boulangerie with a coffee shop within. There is 2 supermarkets and a Friday market to purchase all your needs. Lac de saint Pardoux is only 20 mins drive away with spectacular views of the lake and surroundig area, it has lots of water activites and events in the summer season.
