Beautiful light, stylish and modern this 1 bedroom duplex is conveniently located in Southampton just a few minutes from the city centre where there are a wide array of restaurants, pubs and bars. Seconds walk from shops and 12 minutes walk from Southampton train station and 11 minutes from the West Quay. There is a double bed and a pull out sofa bed. Recently refurbished to a very high standard this duplex boasts the latest TV, Sonos sound system and free WiFi.
There's a small courtyard garden.
