1 The Cottage is a luxurious and charming cottage located in the picturesque village of Upholland, Lancashire. This cottage is situated near the famous Holland Hall Hotel, making it an ideal option for those looking for accommodation for weddings or events at the hotel. Additionally, it is also close to Deanwood Golf Club, Roby Mill Farm, Orrell Water Park, and offers easy motorway connections. Small dogs permitted only which will incur an extra twenty pounds per pet, please note dogs are not permitted to foul the garden. No pets allowed in bedrooms to respect guest cleanliness. Any guests arriving with undeclared pets will be asked to leave. Extra guests must be declared. Any person staying in the property that hasn’t been declared upon booking will be asked to leave as insurance becomes void and the booking will be terminated.
