Perfectly designed with family holidays in mind, you’ll find an open plan living and dining space opening out to a multi-tiered garden where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy lazy evenings together. The first-floor bedrooms contains a twin bedroom (with beds that can be zipped together on request to make a king size), a king size bedroom, and a bunk room. The spacious en suite master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor offering a calm space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. 11 Tywarnhayle House is conveniently located just a short walk from Perranporth’s beach where miles of sand and beautiful ocean create the perfect spot for family holidays in the sunshine. The fantastic (and quite famous) beach bar, The Watering Hole sits right on the sand too where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and post-sun drinks with views of the waves as the backdrop. Perranporth Beach is dog friendly all year, so is perfect for those with a dog in tow. The South West Coast Path is within reach where you can walk to St Agnes in one direction or Holywell Bay in the other, either way you’ll be treated to spectacular sea views and the beauty of the Cornish landscape. This property accepts 1 dog as standard. 2 dogs are accepted on request.
