This charming garden and beach fronted terraced town house offers plenty of space for the family and is located just a few minutes’ walk to the village! 3 Bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms, and an additional WC, kitchen diner and sitting room. Direct access to the beach, and parking. Security Deposit Information: We use Swikly's security deposit service, which allows you to secure your deposit online with a credit card imprint, without requiring prepayment. No amount will be charged, and no funds will be held in your bank account.

Outside to the front of the property there is an immaculate communal lawn and picnic area that leads all the way to the beach. From the kitchen into the communal courtyard you will find your dining table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or alfresco dining at the end of your fun packed day. 12a Solent Landing comes with parking for one car, plus there’s visitor parking nearby on a first come first served basis.
