Our beautiful 'LAKEVIEW 16' caravan for hire on the award-winning, 5 Star Trevella Park in the beautiful area of Crantock in Cornwall, is a 2018, 38' x 12' ABI ELAN. Our luxury centrally heated and double glazed caravan is situated in a tranquil lakeside location in this superior area of the site. A large wraparound, glass fronted and furnished deck takes in the views of the lakes, which are right on your door step. The caravan offers 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with BATH and shower. There is also a twin bedroom, plus family bathroom opposite. An extra fold-out double sofa bed is located in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen/dining area has a gas cooker, Air fryer, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and extensive crockery and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs. Within the lounge there is a TV and built- in DVD player, a docking station and electric fire. Double doors lead out to decked area with outdoor table and chairs. Parking for two cars is available alongside the caravan. Gas, electric and WiFi are included in the price A fire extinguisher and fire alarms are fitted for peace of mind. Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan or on the decking. No BBQ's allowed on the decking. No single sex group bookings strictly families and couples only. (These are the holiday park rules) A full list of names and ages will be required when booking. Dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in the caravan. We are guided by our holiday park and therefore we do not accept any dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
