A stylish and spacious apartment in a private development with a 24-hour concierge. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a balcony. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, range, oven, and fridge freezer. The lounge constitutes a dining table, three chairs, and an office chair that can also be used as a workstation. It includes a big sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen smart TV. There are two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a cubicle, and a toilet. It also has a double wardrobe, two bedside tables, and flat-screen tv. The second bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobes, and bedside tables. The main bathroom located in the hallway contains a bathtub with a shower above it, a wash basin, and a toilet. The bedrooms have carpet for comfort, and the hallway, kitchen, and living room have wood floors. There is also a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron in the cabinet in the hallway. There is also a manual explaining how to operate the heating and appliances in the cabinet.

There is also a park adjacent to and a tram stop to the city center (5 mins) and train stations.

Located nearby are Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, and Aldi, where you can purchase food if required. Also located on the ground floor is a restaurant serving various delicacies. There is also a local Starbucks for Coffee, just a five-minute walk from the property. TRAVEL There is a tram link just a 3-minute walk from the property, which can take you into the City Centre within 5 minutes, and the train station. There are regular trains to Central London (approximately 15 minutes). There is a tram stop adjacent (2mins walk) to the train station and Wimbledon. You can travel into central London from the train station in less than 20 mins. There are also other public transport - buses that you can use to travel.
