Property information

Based in Giltbrook Nottingham, this is a cozy home with all the comforts and home needs. Double Bed Master Bedroom, Single bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Fully equipped kitchen with washer, full sized oven and hob. Private secure back Garden.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located just behind the IKEA retail Park, Giltbrook, Nottingham. There is a walk through at the end of the road, so you can leave your car and walk through and enjoy the many shops, restaurants, cafes. The park also has a Boots chemist, TK Max, Marks and Spencers Simply Food. Out on the main road, there is a local pub called the Hayloft which services food and drink, and 'Bowled Out' which is a micro Pub not to be missed! Bus transport takes you to either Alfreton, Heanor or Belper, or the City of Nottingham.
