Owl Cottage is a recently converted 19th Century barn on the outskirts of the popular holiday town of Llangollen. It has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 people with one double and one twin bedroom. The cottage enjoys stunning mountain views over the Dee Valley and perfectly located so guests can enjoy both the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity to the amenities of Llangollen. Guests have access to a fenced off section of our paddock, and the cottage also has an outdoor courtyard. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has comfy sofas to seat four, a fireplace, dining table, TV, free WiFi, and underfloor heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for a self-catering stay with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave. The bedrooms are both located upstairs. The first is a double with exposed beams and beautiful dual-aspect views over the Dee Valley, Castell Dinas Bran and Llantysilio mountain. The second bedroom is a twin with exposed beams and enjoys picturesque views down the valley to the mountains. Roll out type stairgates are fitted to the top & bottom of the staircase. 1 well behaved dog is permitted, but not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. No other animals are permitted.
