Comfortable, renovated 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment. It can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Situated in a quiet & convenient area within walking distance to Shakespeare's Birthplace, RSC theatres & great restaurants & bars. Oxford & the Cotswolds 45 minutes away, Warwick Castle 15 minutes away. Private parking space at the back of the property plus free street side parking. Smart TV, Wifi plus Alexa Minimum stay of two nights. Cot and high chair. No pets, stag or hen parties. No smoking.

Hi, I'm Tracey and I host this Airbnb with my partner Martin. We are both locals who love this area and wanted to provide a great place for people to enjoy it too. I lived in New Zealand for 10 years and loved traveling around and exploring. I am a trained Midwife and Nurse currently working in a local private hospital and Martin is a heating engineer.
