Minimum number of guest required on the reservation is 3, and request for reconfiguration shall be made at least 2 days prior to the check-in day. * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us.

Property information

This is a lovely 2-bedroom house, not far from the city centre and the popular Earlsdon high Street. THE HOUSE Downstairs you'll find the living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, and a flat screen TV to stream all your favourite programmes. Walking past the stairs you'll enter the dining room, where you can enjoy your meal in style. Directly behind that is the fully equipped kitchen which leads to the bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with a double bed in the aft bedroom and a king size bed in the front room. The king size can be split into two single beds, creating a twin room for those who prefer that. Please note that we do need two days prior notice so we can ask our team to change the bed layout, and we need a minimum of three guests on the reservation. There is highspeed broadband available in the house at no charge. Please note that, although internet interruptions are extremely rare, we cannot accept responsibility in case an interruption does occur. PARKING There is free parking in the street and all surrounding roads, and there's always plenty of spaces available to park your vehicle, should you arrive by car. PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXI If you plan to use public transport, the busses and train stations are not far away. You can catch the bus from a nearby stop into the city centre, or a the popular line 11 that takes you all the way to Leamington Spa via Warwick University and Kenilworth with its famous castle and old town. If you want to hop on the train, the main station is just over a mile away, and Canley train station is even less than a mile for those travelling to Birmingham. Last but not least, there are plenty of taxi services available, including famous online services.

The house is located in the popular area called Earlsdon, and at convenient distance from both the city centre as well as Earlsdon High Street. There are a number of convenience stores nearby, and larger supermarkets are at a short distance too.
