Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the market town of Higham Ferrers.
Walking distance to Rushden Lakes shopping/restaurants and close to Santa Pod raceway. It has great links to Bedford, Cambridge, Wellingborough and Northampton.
The property includes TV's in 2 bedrooms and the front room which include Freeview TV and TV Apps, as well as fast fibre Virgin broadband.
There is a free to use POD electric car charger on the driveway.
This is our first holiday property. We are learning as we go, but everyone so far has been happy, which is all we want.
A quiet friendly neighbourhood, based in a lovely market town and close to a shopping retail park.
